Hi i want to do a project where i have to measure the power generated by a solar panel using an arduino.
Arduino measure current solar panel.
The solar panel has to provide current 100mah for arduino along with a current not more than 130mah.
The maximum output voltage from the 2nd op amp is 4 7v.
A pv panel arduino uno board voltage and current sensors are used as hardware components.
My solar panel is of rating 6v 100ma but i.
My objective in using the lm741 is to read voltage value across r1 using arduino.
Now we will calculate the size of the solar panel and battery to power my circuit that draws 23 ma.
There are power stations for maintaining or monitoring the power circuits or parameters related to solar panel.
The current and voltage sensors sense the output current and voltage from the pv panel.
The figure below shows the schematic diagram of the instrumentation system.
The monitoring of these parameters are also important in households too.
Arduino ide labview and lifa are used as the software of the system design.
Lets take 100 mah for charging the battery total current required 100 100 200mah from the above calculation it is clear that we need a solar panel of 4v and 200mah.
Parameters like voltage temperature light intensity and current which are important to monitor.
I find the differential voltage of the solar panel using the 1st op amp and amplify the differential voltage by 12 using the 2nd op amp.
